A. Upon completion, James Creek will feature approximately 900 homes including townhomes and single family homes.

A. Homes in James Creek are built by Bowen Family Homes, Paul Thomas Homes, Ryland Homes and Venture Homes. Bowen is building single family homes from the low $200s, Paul Thomas is building single family homes from the high $200s, Ryland is building single family homes from the mid $200s and Venture is building single family and townhomes from the low $200s.

A. Homesite sizes in James Creek will include attached townhome sites, low maintenance cluster sites and traditional ¼- acre and ½-acre sites.

A. James Creek will feature an aquatic center that includes a children’s pool, a water slide and a lap pool. The clubhouse will feature a billiard’s room, a catering kitchen, a multi-purpose room overlooking the pool and a fitness center. The community will be connected by nature trails and will feature certified wildlife habitats. There will also be a children’s playground near the aquatic center and pocket parks throughout the community. Amenities also include the state of the art James Creek Tennis Center.

Q. What is the James Creek Tennis Center?
A. The James Creek Tennis Center will be a 14 court tennis complex featuring 4 indoor tennis courts, 2 clay courts and a stadium seating. There will be two full time tennis pros to provide lessons, clinics and organize team play. All activities, at the center including lessons and court reservations, can be booked online for the convenience of James Creek residents. The Tennis Center will also run the James Creek Tennis Academy for junior players.

Q. Will the James Creek Tennis Center be exclusive for James Creek owners only?
A. The James Creek Tennis Center will ultimately be exclusive to James Creek owners. During the first years of operation of the Tennis Center, there will be membership options for non-residents of James Creek in order to maintain a full center allowing for team play, clinics and various other activities. During this time, James Creek home owners will have the right to reserve court time in advance and have first rights on all James Creek activities. Once the community has enough residents to maintain a full facility, outside members will no longer be allowed to join or renew their membership, with the exception of the top level juniors.

Q. Are lots available for purchase without a home?
A. No. The price of the home listed by the builder includes both the price of the lot and the price of the home. All lots were purchased by one of our builders. Lots are not available for individual purchase by an outside party.

Q. How much are the Homeowner’s Association fees at James Creek? What do they include?
A. Homeowner’s Association fees are $850 per year, plus a one time initiation fee of $700. This fee allows access to all amenities at James Creek and your exclusive membership to the James Creek Tennis Center.

Q. What will the commercial area consist of at James Creek?
A. The commercial site is currently designed to be a grocery store anchored retail center consisting of approximately 110,000 square feet. The out parcels are designed to accommodate a bank, drug store, restaurant, coffee shop, etc.
